I had a teeth-whitening procedure carried out recently and I’m really unhappy with it.
I didn’t feel I had a proper consultation before it and I developed horrendous pain in my gums afterwards. After visiting my doctor and another dentist I’ve discovered my gums were burnt by the procedure. The company that provided the service is not being helpful at all and is not even agreeing to pay my subsequent medical bills. I’m in my early 30s and the independent dentist said my gums were perfectly healthy before the whitening. What can I do?
